- Black sheets, 2mm thickness
- SPX electrostatic furnace color
- Available in simple or sliding frame, made to client design
- Door Surround:
- Customized sliding aluminum with electrostatic paint
- Steel legs for additional strength
- Anti-Theft Features:
- Cans: 4x6 around the edge, 5x4 horizontally
- Chassis: Black sheet, 2mm, covering both sides vertically
- Polyurethane foam injection with hardness of 295 throughout
- 2mm protective plate around the lock
- Pulki with 3mm sheet to protect the lock brain
- Sealing tape and dust collector around the door
- Anti-wear steel hinge with reinforced screws
- Fittings and Hardware:
- Custom door knobs in metal with electrostatic paint, anodized aluminum, or wood and metal combinations
- Locks: American-made multi-system lock tabs, up to 15 tabs, or 8-tab main package
- Top options: 12mm wood (walnut, oak, beech), 2mm metal sheet with electrostatic paint, or ceramic/stone options
Interior Door Specifications
- Materials:
- MDF, 8 mils for the top, sourced from Sumatra, Turkey
- Italy’s FOR2 adhesive and hardener for coating
- Germany Hafle resealable sealant
- Coating and Frame:
- Coating press system with wrapping machine for wood and membrane machine for PVC
- Anodized sliding aluminum around the hinge (custom color)
- 4x6 cans in the middle and around the hinge
- 1.5mm sheet for round lock
- Polyurethane foam injection throughout
- Wooden frame (MDF) 50mm with 8mm thickness
- Design and Finishes:
- Types of covers: NC code, SU code, super matte IMAGE code
- Veneers: GEZZO, craft oak, Alpine
